ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 OF SECURITIES MARKET ACT

 

The company has become aware that the number of Almanova Corporation (trade register number 1944757-4) shares held by Nordea Nordenfond managed by Nordea Fonder AB (register number 556020-4694) has exceeded 1/20th of the total following a share transaction of 552 460 shares on 23 September 2005. The fund now owns altogether 6.17 % of Almanova Corporation’s share capital and number of votes.

 

Almanova Corporation’s share capital is 5 370 489 euros, divided between 8 950 815 shares, each of which carry one vote.
